Faulty or Incorrect Products

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly different from what was described on our website, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the nature of the issue.

If you believe the product does not perform as described, please contact us with details and photos so we can review the situation and ensure the issue does not happen again in the future.

Colour Variations

Please note that colours may appear slightly different on screens compared to the final printed product due to variations in display settings and printing processes.

If colour accuracy is important for your project, we recommend purchasing a colour sample chart before placing your order. If a printing error occurs on our side, we will replace the product.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind about a standard product, we are happy to offer an exchange for a different design provided that:

• You contact us within 15 days of receiving your order
• The item is returned in unused and original condition

Return shipping and any re-delivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Custom Orders

Products that are customised in design, size, or colour cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing fault.

Please carefully review your design proof, measurements, and specifications before approving your custom order.

Shipping Damage

If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and product.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund. We may also ask for your assistance in completing documentation required by the courier.

Dispatch Delays

We aim to dispatch orders within our standard production timeframe. If we are unable to meet the expected dispatch time, we will notify you and discuss available options. These may include upgraded shipping or a refund if appropriate.

Please note that dispatch time does not include shipping transit times.

Product Performance

Our decals are carefully designed and tested to provide reliable performance and can typically be repositioned and removed multiple times.

However, results may vary depending on factors such as wall preparation, paint quality, surface texture, and how the decals are applied or removed.

Product Guarantee

If your TWTBYD decal does not perform as expected, please contact us and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

Our product guarantee applies for up to 90 days from the date of purchase.
